Business Hours:
Monday and Wednesday - 8:30am to noon and 4pm to 7pm
Friday and Saturday - 8:30am to noon.

During business hours, women can come to the facility and learn proper use of the equipment, learn and become familiar with the facility’s rules and regulations, become educated on safety precautions available within the exercise area, ask questions and provide suggestions for the improvement of the facility.

Balance is protected by a digital security system to ensure the safety of all its members.
